Where are no blacks or <br />Hispanics at the present time <br />In response to Mr, Marshall, Chief Bergeron and Chief Furdon said <br />they will provide estimates of the amount of compensation received <br />by <br />Fire and Police Collective Bargaining employees, including overtire. <br />Chief Bergeron was thanked for the information on the functioning <br />of his Department and congratulated on strong leadership of a good <br />organization. <br />OTHER F EXPENSE BUDGET RE VESTS <br />Mr. White reviewed with the Board Expense Budget requests and his <br />recommendations on the following accounts; as shown on a sheet entitled <br />"Summary FY99 Expense Budgets "; <br />Selectmen's Office <br />Selectmen - Elections <br />Misc. Committees & Boards <br />Town Clerk's Office <br />Town Clerk - Elections <br />Board of Appeals <br />Planning Board <br />Town Report Committee <br />Town Manager's Office <br />Town Manager's Jurisdiction <br />Out--of State Travel <br />In -State Travel <br />Professional Services. <br />Fire & Police Medical <br />Office Furniture & Fixtures <br />Tuition & Training Fees <br />Safety Program <br />Municipal Property & Workmen's Compensation <br />Group Insurance <br />Regarding Health Insurance, Mr. Marshall felt it would be <br />worthwhile to undertake a serious study to try to reduce costs in some <br />manner. <br />BREAKFAST MEETING <br />.rq rir�rnrpr r�ri�rrr�r�.rr.i�r <br />Mr. Eddison reminded the members of the Selectmen /Committee <br />Chairmen Breakfast Meeting scheduled for January 29th. <br />He gave compliments to the Town Manager for his excellent work in <br />preparation and presentation of the budget and for his ability } Jo <br />respond knowledgeably to questions asked by Board members, <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5 - 0 b y roles <br />call vote: Mr. Eddison, Mr. Marshall, Mrs Dailey, Mrs. Smith Mr. <br />McSweeney, to go into Executive Session for discussion of mutters of <br />litigation, with no intent to resume open session. <br />
