ZZ <br />.Mr. McSweeney said that Loran E. Wallace has similar qualifications <br />as a realtor and although was not as yet involved in Town government, would <br />be willing to get into the process. <br />He nominated Mr. Wallace for the appointment to LexHAB and the <br />nomination was seconded by Mrs Dailey, <br />Mrs. Smith noted, with reference to the three candidates, all of whom <br />she f elt were hi ghly qualified, the wealth of the Town in having a broad <br />spectrum of volunteers interested in housing. <br />She supported the appointment of Mr. Colwell as being the most deeply <br />involved in housing natters and experienced as a realtor. <br />It was voted 3 to 2 t appoint Ronald W. Colwell to the Lexington <br />Housing Assistance Board to fill the unexpired term of William P. Kennedy to <br />December 5, 1986. Mr. Dailey and Mr. McSweeney voted to appoint Mr. <br />Wa.11ace s <br />Mr. Dailey added that before the time of appointments to LexHAB in <br />December, effort shou? d be made to find candidates with engineering <br />b,ackIxraunds similar to Mr. Kennedy's who had recently resigned.
