II <br />August 26, 1986 <br />Upon motion duly made and secoad it was duevsLexington. o approve <br />applications for renewal for Weekd :y n Su ay s Licenses for Sack <br />Lexington Cinemas I and II, 1799 ldass se s <br />SEWER CHARGES ROBINSON <br />#27 REVERE STREET <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve sewer <br />charges in Lieu of Betterment in the amount of #2,260.94, for property owned <br />by Rowena Robinson, #27 Revere Street. <br />It was also voted to abate those charges in that amount, as recommended <br />by Walter J. Tonaszuck, Director of Public Works and Engineering. <br />NOTICES OF CLEANING. LINING WATER MAINS <br />Ws. Adler referred to a program of cleaning and lining water mains to <br />be conducted in the coming weeks. A notice to residents alerting them that <br />this process will be taking place in their neighborhood and riving <br />information on temporary measures to be implemented during the operation was <br />noted. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 9 - 0 by roll call <br />vote: Mr. Dailey, Mrs. Smith, Mr. McSweeney, to 90 into Executive Session <br />for discussion of Collective Bargaining strategy, with no intent to resume <br />open session. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adJourn at <br />8;02 p.m. <br />A true record, Attest: <br />M ion H.
