Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to abate the sewer charge in lieu of betterment for the Franklin School property, 7 Stedman Road, in the amount of $6,612.79, as recommended by the Director of Public Works /Engr. because sewer was included in the price of the Franklin School property when it was purchased from the Town.
