ONE DAY LIQUOR LICENSE <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />applicati for One Day Liquor License by the Armenian �' stern Academy on <br />June 22, 19964 <br />TRAFFIC ITEM, LARCHMON T LANE <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to refer the request <br />of Jill Butler, B Larchmont Lane, for relief from safety hazards on <br />Larchmont Lane, to the Traffi Safety Advisory Committee for review and <br />recommendations. <br />RE VEST FOR USE OF BATTLE GREEN LEXINGTON MINUTE MEN <br />Upon motion duly rude and seconded, it was voted to approve the request <br />of the Lexington Minute Men, Inc. for use of the Battle Green for <br />P ON installation of officers on Sunday, June 29, 1996, at 2 :00 p.mv <br />ORDER OF TAKING PEARL STREET <br />r_ iirrrirnirui�iirnumir+ r- r..nrr...r,r w.wiwi.ia.rrrrwww <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to execute an Order of <br />Taking for Pearl Street, established as a Town way at an Annual Town Meeting <br />on April 2, 1986. <br />FRANKLIN SCHOOL SEWER CHARGES <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve sewer <br />charges in lieu of betterment in the amount of $ 6 r 612,7 9 for property at 7 <br />Stedman Road, the former Franklin School. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to abate the sewer <br />charge in lieu of betterment for the Franklin School property, 7 Stedman <br />Road, in the amount of $6,612.79, as recommended by the Director of Public <br />Works /Engr. because sewer was included in the price of the Franklin School <br />property when it was purchased from the Town. <br />
