Faft <br />T <br />'L <br />SELECTMEN'S MEETING <br />May 12, 1986 <br />e <br />A regular meeting of --the Board of Selectmen was held on Monday, <br />May 12, 1986 at 7:0O p.m. in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, Town Office <br />Building. Chairman Marshall, Mr. Eddison, Mr. Dailey, Mrs. Smith; <br />Mr. Hutchinson, Town Manager; Mr. Cohen, Town Counsel; Ms. Adler, Assistant <br />to the Town Manager; Mrs. Deshler, Principal Clerk were present. <br />LEXINGTON GOLF CLUB /CHANGE OF MANAGER <br />The Board reviewed the petition of Lexington Gulf Club for change of <br />manager from Daniel Martinez to James J. Tully. Mr. Al Busa, representative <br />of the club, addressed the Board in endorsement of the candidate. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the request <br />of Lexington Golf Club for a change of manager. <br />MINUTES - APRIL 26 1986 <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to approve the minutes <br />A••• of the Selectmen's Meeting of April 26, 1986, as presented. Mrs. -Smith <br />abstained from voting. <br />RESIGNATION/ HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the <br />resignation of Roland Greeley from the Historic Districts Commission. <br />APPOINTMENT /HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to appoint Richard S. <br />Morehouse, 37 boon Hill Road, as the Selectmen's appointment to the Historic <br />Districts Commission to fill the unexpired term of Roland Greeley whose term <br />would have expired on December 31, 1986. <br />EXEMPLARY TEACHER AWARDS <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to approve the <br />Resolution commending Catherine F. Boyd and George O. Southwick, as <br />recipients of the Battle Green Chapter, Order of Demolay, 1986 Exemplary <br />Teacher Awards. <br />TOWN MANAGER REQUEST OF TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to approve Transfer <br />Po* from the Reserve Fund to the following accounts: <br />
