�2- <br />He noted the efforts of the Mass. Municipal Association in urging the <br />Governor, as Chief Elected Offi to amend th e formula. According to <br />lobbyists, it appears doubtful that the Legislature will provide the <br />requested relief without specifi gui dance f rom the Governor. <br />Mr. Marshall said he felt the meeting was a useful one, adding that <br />Lexington was well represented by the Town Manager, as a member of the Mass. <br />Muni cipal Association. <br />EXECUTIVE 5E5SI]N <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5 - 0 by roll call <br />vote, Mr. Marshall, Mr. Eddison, Mr. Dailey, Mrs. Smith and Mr. McSweeney, <br />to go into Executive Session for discussion of matters of litigation with no <br />intent to resume open sessions <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 8:00 <br />p.m. <br />A true record, Attest; <br />Marion H.
