2 <br />i� <br />,m 6- <br />r te^^^ + <br />Mr. Wilson related that during street construction at the intersection <br />of Tavern Lane and Eliot Road some years ago, he had seen a broken drainage <br />pipe in an excavation in the road, which apparently was never fixed and <br />which forced all the water into the two remaining operable drain pipes, with <br />the overflow going down Tavern Lane= <br />Mr. Hutchinson wil explore this allegation, and will arrange for repair <br />to the pipe if it was broken by the Town. <br />There being no further questions or comments in favor or in opposition, <br />the hearing on Tavern Lane was declared closed. <br />GOLDEN AVENUE /BOWMAN STREET SEWER, ARLINGTON CONNECTION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to request by letter . <br />to the Arlington Board of Sel ectmen that an Articl be inserted in <br />Arlington's Warrant requesting that sewer in Golden Avenue and Bowman <br />Street, at the Arlington /Lexington line, be connected to Arlington's sewer <br />system* <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 9:35 <br />p.m. <br />r <br />A true record, Attest: <br />Mar H.
