Committees /Boards Expenses <br />#2404 - <br />Town Celebrations Committee Expenses <br />#2454 -- <br />Historic District Commission Expenses <br />FREE CASH POSITION ESTIMATED REVENUE <br />The Free Cash Position, estimated, as seen in Exhibit 5 of the Budget <br />Summary, and Estimated Revenues, Exhibit 8 of the Summar were reviewed. <br />Mr. Hutchinson reported that y ' <br />p at an updated sheet on Estimated Revenues will be <br />provided, <br />PERSONAL SERVICES <br />In an overview of Personal Services requests for FY87, the Manager <br />#oft reported that 288 full -time and 179 part -tame persons will be employed. <br />Total appropriat ion : re : requested is $8,142,195, 7 <br />� including ��80,400 from Article <br />27 for wage adjustments. He felt that manning levels continue to be <br />conservative. <br />Personal Services requests were reviewed on a management b exception <br />y p <br />basis. No objections were stated by the Board. <br />HEALTH INSURANCE <br />The Manager reported on a request of $1,844 under Account 1740 <br />Group Health Insurance, an increase of $94,484 or 5 %. The Town continue s to <br />pay 75% of premiums. <br />LIABILITY AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION <br />An 18.75% increase in the appropriation request under Account 1750, <br />Municipal Property and Workmen's Compensation, for $475,444,was discussed. <br />Raises in premiums for several classifications under this account were the <br />basis of this request. <br />
