The DAC reviewed the proposed site plan changes. The plan defined the division of building envelops, <br />possible building footprints and associated parking. The DAC had the following comments. <br />1. Generally the DAC felt strongly that the proposed zoning amendment change allowing taller <br />buildings on this property was not appropriate for this location and would have significant impact <br />on the neighborhood and the Route 2 corridor. <br />2. The building parcels within the site seem too arbitrary and open to change in the future. <br />3. The DAC felt that the open space/ green space felt leftover and not a planned element of the <br />design. The site seems packed in and maxed out with buildings and parking. <br />4.
