<br />Lexington Council for the Arts (LCA) <br />Minutes for Meeting September 14, 2009 <br />Cary Memorial Library <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Present: Barbara Ciampa, Co-Chair; Louise Cady-Fernandes; Janet Post, Secretary; Sirarpi <br />Heghinian Walzser; Victoria Campos ; Jan Goplerud; Mary Trometer, Treasurer; Zoe Perry Wood, <br />Co- Chair; Jonathan Cue; George Burnell. <br /> <br />Absent: Jackie Hawkinson <br /> <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br /> Zoe Perry-Wood called the meeting to order at 7:16PM. <br /> <br />Secretary's Report <br /> <br /> The minutes for the August ‘09 meeting were accepted. <br /> <br />Treasurer's Report <br /> <br /> The treasurer’s report is forthcoming. <br /> <br />New Business: <br /> <br />Mary and Bill will not be renewing their council membership. Tonight Marilyn <br /> <br />Kolb and Liz Rozan visited the council and were voted in as new LCA <br />members. Marilyn will take over the treasurer’s position for Mary. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Visioning for LCA and further website discussion. Jan will make a call to the <br /> <br />Needham Arts Council to inquire about writing a grant for the funding of a <br />potential new LCA website. <br /> <br /> <br />Business for Next Meeting <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Website & visioning. <br /> <br />Appointments of a sub-committee to review grant applications. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM.
