10- <br />January. 17. A revised list of.applicants will be submitted. <br />Franklin Sch. Upon motion, duly made afid seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />Conv.Comm. draft charge, to the Franklin School Conversion Committee prepared by <br />Charge the Town Manager as follows: <br />The Committee shall prepare and review specifications for receipt <br />of proposals for the purpose of sale, .transfer, lease, or other appro- <br />priate use of the Franklin School. Such review shall include but not <br />be limited to consideration of the following Town priorities: <br />1� Tax stability <br />2) Neighborhood compatibility <br />3) Environmental compatibility <br />Recommendations for use of such facility shall be submitted no later <br />than November 16, 19840 <br />Appropriate hearing dates shall be coordinated with the Board of <br />Selectmen, Planning Board and other appropriate agencies. All appropriate <br />hearings shall be completed prior to the start of the. 1985 Town Meeting. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded,.it was voted to accept the-re- <br />commendations of the Town Celebrations Committee that the Council of <br />Minutemen be allowed to conduct their march through Town in conjunction <br />with the reenactment of -the retreat of the British on April 15. <br />Celeb ray- Upon motion duly made and it was voted to approve the request of the <br />tions Comm. Town Celebrations Committee for use,of Cary Memorial Hall on May 17, 1984, <br />requests for the U. S. Air Force Academy Band concert scheduled for that evening, <br />to be coordinated with the appropriate agencies. <br />Appt.Spec. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted, as requested by the <br />Employees Town Manager, to designate members of the following committees as special <br />municipal employees under the Conflict of Interest law in addition to <br />those specified on April 24, 1963 and April 29, 1964; <br />Lexington Forum on Aging and advisory board <br />Lexington Arts Council <br />Advisory Committee on Cable Television <br />Center Revitalization Committee and subcommittees <br />Energy Conservation Committee <br />Fair Housing Committee <br />Garrity House Committee <br />Hanscom Area Traffic Committee <br />Hanscom Field Commission <br />Director of Guides <br />Human Services Committee and Enablement Subcommittee <br />Metropolitan State Hospital Land Task Force <br />Minuteman Commuter Bikeway Committee <br />Personnel Advisory Board <br />Selectmen /Town Manager Act Review Committee <br />Lexington Housing Assistance Board <br />Town Report Committee <br />T raffic Safety Advisory Committee <br />Transportation Advisory Aommittee <br />
