Changhai – Jason Guan, co-owner of Changhai, appeared before the Board because <br />during a recent inspection at this establishment there were 8 critical and 16 non-critical <br />violations. Cody advised the Board that Guan agreed to the following corrective actions: <br /> <br /> <br />1.The owner of Changhai must hire a food consultant to conduct three (3) <br />random and unannounced State Sanitary Code compliance food <br />inspections between January 1, 2010 and May 1, 2010 <br /> <br />2.The food consultant must review the file folder with the Health Director <br />and Health Agent before the first inspection. <br /> <br />3.The food consultant must be hired on or before December 23, 2009. A <br />copy of the signed contract must be submitted to the Health Division. <br /> <br />4.The owner of Changhai must ensure that all staff completes the Person in <br />Charge, PIC, training with the Health Division by March 1, 2010. <br /> <br />5.The food consultant must develop a cleaning schedule for Changhai <br /> <br />6.The owner of Changhai and the food consultant must appear before the <br />Board of Health at each regularly scheduled meeting from February <br />through May or as otherwise required by the Board of Health <br /> <br />Heiger-Bernays motioned that the Lexington Board of Health considers these violations <br />are a serious matter and should it appear that the plan as outlined above, does not <br />improve your compliance record, then further administrative action, including suspension <br />of your food permit to operate will be considered by this Board. Perlmutter seconded. <br />All approved. <br /> <br />Housing Update <br /> <br />32 Fairbanks Road - A discussion took place concerning next steps to resolve this case. <br /> <br />MacKenzie motioned to adjourn.
