mendation of the.School Administration to turn over the properties to <br />the Town. A vote of Town Meeting will be necessary to formally trans- <br />fer these pieces of property and Mr. Pol iti felt that it might be <br />necessary to set up a formal committee early in 1983 to look at the sites <br />and make appropriate recommendations. <br />Muzzey Mr. Busa reported to the Board regarding the Muzzey School. He <br />School stated that the Committee' recieved 12 applications from the original <br />proposal. These were narrowed down to 8 and the contractors had been in- <br />terviewed this past week. At a Conversion Committee meeting this evening <br />,at 5:34 P.M., the proposals were reviewed again with Mr. Nolan presenting <br />valuable financial information relative to financing. The Committee de- <br />cided on the 3 who will be invited to submit a second, more indepth, pro- <br />posal. These proposals will be due December 28 and, will be reviewed by <br />the Committee on January 4. He stated that the Committee is looking <br />toward a Special Town Meeting as soon as possible after the presentation <br />to the Board of Selectmen to facilitate an early disposal of the property. <br />There was no Executive Session. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 9:55 P.M. <br />A true record, Attest: <br />/xecutive Clerk <br />
