<br />Rules & Reg s Draft "Rules and Specifications Regulating Street Excavations" including
<br />Street Exca- a revised fee schedule for inspections, as proposed by Walter J. Tonas tuck,
<br />vations Director, , DPW/Engineering, was reviewed for the Board by Mr. Tonas tuck.
<br />The Board agreed with Mr. Tonaszuck's recommendations that all utilitly
<br />companies affected be advised of the proposed changes, and of a public hearing
<br />which will be advertised for sometime in November.

<br />Hazardous Proposed agreement for pick up of hazardous household wastes was discussed
<br />Household briefly. Mr. Cohen noted the under current DEQE regulatio ns, the Town would
<br />Waste Cvllec -be g designated as the generator of the wastes. Mr. Neil Drawas, representing
<br />t ion Recycling Industries, was present and reported on DEQE' s consideration of
<br />means to change this regulation*
<br />Following his resolution of this aspect of the contract between the Town
<br />and Recycling Industries, Mr. Cohen advised that it could be ready for approval
<br />by the Board during the coming week, and implementation of the program could
