} <br />' 2 <br />Goal, se ttin g Minutes June 18, 1982 .� <br />singling out only the most important,, complex and controversial articles for <br />attention. moo <br />The Board members unanimous felt that the demand on s taff time for <br />information sessions was inordinate and draining. The Board agreed to meet <br />with Town Meeting Executive Committee to discuss these mutual concerns as <br />they know it's a concern of Town Meeting as well. <br />The Board indicated that it would make the staff available for one and <br />not more than two information meetings prior to Town Meeting. <br />Pay Play The Town manager reviewed the pay plan data with the Board. <br />The Board members reaised areas of concern and the Manager said that he would <br />work on those. - It. wa. his intent to bring the pay plan to the next Selectmen's <br />meeting on June 21, 1982 for adoption. <br />The Board advised the Manager to compile the Selectmen's goals for FY 83 <br />for discussion at a Selectmen's meeting and they dissemination to other boards <br />and agencies. <br />The meeting adjourned at 3:00 P.M. o that Board members could extend their <br />congratulations to Chief Corr at a retirement coffee .at the Police station. <br />R espectfully submitted, <br />Robert M.
