- 2 - <br />d Any non - residential uses proposed will be exclusively <br />to meet the needs of Lexington presidents, and must be <br />compatible with a primarily residential use in a <br />residential area; •' <br />e The present soccer field will remain open and in <br />Town ownership; <br />f Developers will be given the option of razing all <br />or pant of the building; <br />g A variety of ownership and leasing arrangements, or <br />combinations of both will be explored. <br />Mr. William Spencer of the Housing Authority addressed the Board and <br />stated that if Mrs. Rawls motion becomes the main motion, he would move to <br />amend by inserting at the beginning of her motion "that the Selectmen would <br />be authorized to transfer the building to the Housing Authority" so that <br />they could state in funding requests that they have a proposed building <br />which would allow there a 6 month period to search, for funding. If funding <br />is not forthcoming within the 6 month period, the building would then re- <br />vert back to what Mrs. Rawls put forth in her substitute motion. <br />Mr. Spencer informed the Board that the Housing Authority had not <br />taken any action on this proposal, <br />The Chairman and the Board stated they had no problems with the <br />proposal. <br />There was no Executive Session. <br />Upon motion duly .made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at <br />+5 P.M. <br />true record, Attest: <br />I J , . <br />Executive Clerk <br />"•.d <br />moo <br />
