Mr. Barnert felt the Committee should have been notified of the Warrant <br />action. The letter expressed concerns regarding proposed highway co structio-' <br />improvements in the Marrett Road /Forbes road area and its impact on the Hobbs Brook <br />Hobbs Brook Reservoir drainage basin, owned by Cambridge. fir.
