Drive was discussed and Mr. Hutchinson informed the Board that he felt that, despite the fact that Outlook Drive had been petitioned for the last two gears, there are streets o f a higher priority needing attention. He stated that he h not provided funding for Outlook Drive. He explained that there is a great deal of engineering planning work and time involved and that he would be prepared to discuss additional streets for planning purposes if the Board so desired.
