Clarke. <br /> (Approved MOTION: That Section 11.2 of the Zoning By -Law be amended by <br /> by the adding the following thereto: <br /> Atty, Gen., <br /> June 9, "Before a foundation is constructed, a certified plot plan shall <br /> 1975. be submitted to the Building Commissioner with such information as <br /> Advertised he may deem necessary for the enforcement of the Building By -Law, <br /> in the Zoning By -Law, and other_ applicable laws, by -laws, rules and <br /> Lexington regulations of the Town." <br /> Minute 10:40 P. M. <br /> Angela E. Frick asked if this would apply to building lots as well <br /> as sub - divisions and Mr. Clarke answered that it would. <br /> 10:43 P. M. <br /> In answer to a question raised by Weiant Wathen -Dunn and Edward E. <br /> Furash, Norman P. Cohen, Town Counsel stated that this article <br /> would still be legal even if Article 71 did not pass. <br /> 10:46 P. M. <br /> Motion, as presented by Mr. Clarke, carried unanimously. <br /> 10 :47 P. M. <br /> Article 69. Presented by Eric T. Clarke. <br /> MOTION: That Section 25.80 of the Zoning By -Law be amended by: <br /> A. Deleting the words "not more than three ", <br /> B. Adding the word "only" after the words "commercial vehicle ", <br /> so that the complete clause will read as follows: <br /> "garage space for parking automobiles, one of which may be a <br /> commercial vehicle only if owned or used by a person resident in <br /> the dwelling to which the garage is accessory;" <br /> 10:47 P.
