M. <br /> Eric T. Clarke, Chairman of the Planning Board, spoke in opposition <br /> to this motion. 9:25 P. M. <br /> Aalan F. Kenney stated that the Board of Selectmen are unanimously <br /> opposed to this article as it is not needed this year. This area <br /> is needed for a connector if it is ever built. <br /> 9:25 P. M. <br /> In answer to a question raised by William T. Spencer, Norman P. <br /> Cohen, Town Counsel, stated that, in his opinion, that the state <br /> could take this land even if it had been taken for conservation <br /> purposes. 9:28 P. M. <br /> Robert A. Bowyer moved that this article be referred,'to the Con- <br /> servation Commission, Planning Board and the Board of Selectmen and <br /> report to the next Annual Town Meeting. <br /> 9:29 P.
