TEL. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />the petition, plans and orders of New England Telephone Company <br />P Y <br />and Boston Edison Company for ,joint ownership by Boston Edison <br />Company and New England Telephone company of an existing pole <br />`21/54, approximately 95 feet west from center line of the <br />driveway to the State Hospital on Concord Avenue. <br />CERTIFICATION OF VOTE <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to execute <br />Certifications of votes cast in the November 6, 1990 State <br />Election for Middlesex County Commissioner candidate Francis X. <br />Flaherty (7,892) and candidates for County Treasurer James E. <br />Fahey, Jr. (5,487) and Walter Fish. ( 5 , 005 1 ) , as requested by the <br />Town Clerk. <br />ONE DAY LIQUOR LICENSE ARMENIAN SISTER'S ACADEMY <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to ratify <br />the poll vote of November 14, 1990, to approve a Cane -Day Liquor <br />License for the Armenian Sisters' Academy, S Eliot Road, for a <br />Dinner Dance to be held on November 24, 1990 from S p.m. to 12 <br />Midnight, <br />TRAFFIC ITEMS <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to refer <br />the following requests to the Traffic Safety Advisory Committee <br />for review and recommendations: <br />Traffic Signals, Maple Street school crossing, Masha Traber <br />Hartwell Avenue safety improvements, George Turner <br />A R A TVTitVM*TC <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />-,he abatement of Water Charges in the amount of $80.80 and Sewer <br />Charges in the amount of $1,008.05. <br />CHAPTER 90 FORMS <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />and sign Ch. 90 Project request; Ch.90 -811 Initial Advisory <br />Report, Ch. 90 --037 Initial Advisory Report, and Ch.90 <br />Environmental Punch list for FY91 resurfacing of various streets <br />in the Town. <br />COMMITMENTS <br />[upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />commitment of Street Opening Permit fees in the total amount of <br />$700.00. <br />
