Is " 9/30/93 <br />Nicholas Santosuosso 2 Washington St. 9/30/93 <br />LEMON GRASS COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />the application of Lemon Grass, Inc. d/b/a Lemon Grass, 1710 <br />Mass. Avenue, for Common V i c t u a l l e r License wi hours of <br />operation of 11:00 a.m, to 11:00 p.m., seven days a week, as <br />approved on September 27, 1990, by the Board of Appeals. <br />The vote to approve was conditional upon final approval of <br />the premises by the Board of Health, and issuance of an occupancy <br />Permit by the Building Commissioner. <br />WARRANT STATE ELECTION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to endorse <br />the signature page of the Warrant for the State E l e c t i o n to be <br />h e l d on Tuesday, November 6. 1990, to be prepared for service by <br />the Constable on October 25, when the full text of the Warrant <br />has been received from the Town Clerk. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />�..� PROCLAMATION "UNITED NATIONS DAY" <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to proclaim <br />October 24, 1990, as "United Nations Day in Lexington", focussing <br />on International Literacy Year, as requested by Dan Fenn, Jr. <br />Chairman for Massachusetts, U.N. Day, <br />COMMITMENT OF CHARGES <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />Commitment of the f o l l o w i n g charges: <br />Sewer, August f i n a l bills $1 , 498.14 <br />Water, August f i n a l bills $1 , 380.82 <br />Street opening Permit fees $ 650,00 <br />ABATEMENTS <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />the abatenebt i f Water Charges, in the amount of $152.52; Sewer <br />Charges, $3,087.51; and demand Charges, $5.00. <br />APPOI NTMENT TO COUNCIL ON AGING <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve <br />the appointment by the Town Manager of James F.
