aT - 6 - PROCLAMATION CONSTITUTION WEEK - DAR Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to proclaim the week of September 17 through 23, 1990 as Constitution week as requested by the Lexington Chapter D.A.R. TRAFFIC ITEM ALLEN ST CLEMATIS ROAD LEAP BRYAN AND SHAPIRO RE VEST Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to refer the requests of Jon J. Bryan, 17 other citizens and Robin Tsevdos- Shapiro,.LEAP Director, to the Traffic Safety Advisory Committee for its review and recommendations on the following issues: 1. Lack of stop signs at the base of the Church driveway and at Clematis Road where it joins Allen Street; 2. Rate of speed used by transporters of students of the LEAP program; 3. Morning sun blindness at left hand turn onto Clematis Road from Allen Street. TRAFFIC ITEM CHARLES ST.- BOWKER STe MASS. AVENUE EAST LEX. COMM. ASSOC. MacArthur, to place NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER signs on both sides of Charles Street and Bowker Street where they intersect with Massachusetts Avenue, to the Traffic Safety Advisory Committee for its review and recommendations. EXECUTIVE SESSION Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 5 -- 0 by roll call vote, Mrs. Smith, Mr. Marshall, Mr. Eddison, Mr. Dailey, Mr. McSweeney, to go into Executive Session for discussion of matters of litigation the disclosure of which might adversely affect the interest of the Town, with the intent to return to open session, At 9:32 p.m. it was voted to return to open session.
