Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 3 -- 0 with Mr. Marshall moo <br />abstaining due to his absence from the meeting, to approve as presented the <br />minutes of the Selectmen's Meeting on August 8, 1990. <br />MEETING SCHE U <br />It was agreed that Selectmen's Meetings will be scheduled for September <br />10, and September 24, in addition to a special Breakfast Meeting with <br />Committee Chairmen, on September 21. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />JAYNL3j9V TRAFFIC SIGNAL <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to refer to the Traffic <br />Safety Advisory Committee the request of John Jayne, 823 Mass. Avenue, for <br />installation of a traffic signal on Mass. Avenue at Pleasant Street because of <br />the difficulties encountered by motorists when entering onto Mass. Avenue. <br />The Traffic Committee will be requested to explore the traffic situation in <br />the area in a broader context, taking into consideration all factors <br />contributing to the problem. <br />BATTLE G REEN GUIDES <br />Upon motion duly wade and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />following applications for Licenses for Battle Green Guides, as recommended I- <br />Cornelius Cronin, Director: <br />Conan L.
