<br />ABATEMENTS SEWER DEMAND CHARGES
<br />Upon notion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the
<br />abatement of charges, as follows:
<br />Water, $606.59; Sewer, $613.34; Demand, $5.00 - water, $132.23; Sewer,
<br />$131.40 - water, $1,594.95; Sewer, $1,464.20 -- and abatements for freeze up
<br />adjustments: water, $1,723.40; Sewer, $1,634.37; and Remand, $5.00.

<br />Upon notion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the
<br />Commitment of May /June final water Bills, $857.10; and May/June final Seger
<br />Bills, $979.04.
<br />APPOINTMENT OF ACTING TOWN MANAGER
<br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to ratify the poll vote
<br />of July 23, 1990, appointing Deborah Radway as Acting Town Manager, from
<br />August 6 through August 10 during the absence of Richard J. White, Town
<br />Manager,
<br />CH. 81 Be 31 FORMS STATE HIGHwAY FUNDS
<br />Upon notion duly made and seconded, it was voted to ratify the poll vote
<br />of July 23, 1990, to approve and execute Chapter 81, s.31 state Highway Forms
<br />(HED-077) for construction work during fiscal year 1991, in the amount of
<br />$2,428,377.00
<br />COMMITMENTS SEWER .-STREET OPENING FEES
<br />Upon notion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the
<br />Commitment of Sewer Charges, July final bills, $928.44; and Street Opening
<br />Fees, $407.50.
<br />ABATEMENTS WATER SEWER DEMAND CHARGES
<br />Upon notion duly Meade and seconded, it was voted to approve the
<br />abatement of water Charges, $324.91; Sewer Charges, $257,82; and Demand
<br />Charges, $5.00 July 24, 1990, -- and abatement of water Charges, $866.32; Sewer
<br />Charges $751.66; and Demand Charges, $105.00, July 31, 1930.

<br />presented, minutes of selectmen's Meetings on July 9, 1990, and May 21, 1990.
<br />APPOINTMENTS TO TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE
<br />Upon notion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the
<br />reappointment of the following to the Transportation Advisory Committee for
<br />terms of office to expire on September 30, 1992:
<br />William Mix, Sally Castleman, and Lawrence Chait.
<br />and the appointment of the following.
<br />Nicholas D. Santosuosso, 2 Washington Street, to fill the unexpired term
<br />of Charles Stevens to September 30, 1990.
