-4- <br />d RA TVMVMTe <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve abatement of <br />Water charges in the amount of $2,513.12; Sewer Charges in the amount of <br />$2,047.08; and Demand Charges in the amount of $5.00. <br />TRAFFIC ITEM LINCOLN STREET <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to refer the request q of <br />Eleanor Hutchinson, 219 Lincoln Street, for installation of a "Blind Driveway" <br />sign to the Traffic Safety Advisory committee for review and recommendations. <br />ARTICLE 5 TRANSFERS <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, <br />from Article 5, FY as follows: <br />Police Personal Services <br />Library Personal Services <br />Inspection Personal Services <br />it was voted to approve Transfers <br />$ 7,922.81 <br />$ 4,734.18 <br />$ 3,120.63 <br />SERVICES DIRECTORY <br />Mr. White referred to the elimination of switchboard services in the <br />Town offices which had handled about 300+ undirected calls a day. Since staff <br />now is called upon to assist the public in directing their calls, there was a <br />need for a Services Directory, for internal use, to help with this procedure,, <br />Mr. White complimented Phyllis Smith and Joanne Maguire of his staff for <br />preparation of this document. <br />STREET ACCEPTANCE PETITIONS <br />The Town Manager noted his intent, with the Board's approval to insert a <br />Public Notice informing citizens of the time limit for submission of Sewer, <br />Street, and Sidewalk Acceptance petitions for FY92. <br />Also submitted was a proposed "Time Sequence for FY1992 Street <br />Acceptance ". The Board had no objection to publication of the Notice or the <br />street acceptance time sequence. <br />LICENSE AIRCRAFT NOISE MONITOR <br />Mr. White told the Board of his intention to approve a "License <br />Agreement by and Between the Town of Lexington and Massachusetts Port <br />Authority" which will permit the Authority to install and maintain a Remote <br />Monitoring Station in front of #17 Preston Road, The Board had no objection <br />to Mr, white's endorsement of the License. <br />AMBULANCE ABATEMENT <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to abate ambulance <br />charges in the amount of $23.20 charged to Cleo Lema, 2F countryside Tillage, <br />because of her limited financial ability. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />i <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 3 --0 by roll call vote: <br />Mr. Edison, Mr. Marshall, Mr. McSweeney, to go into Executive Session for ' <br />*40 <br />discussion of matters of real estate transaction and litigation, the <br />disclosure of which might adversely affect the interest of the Town. <br />
