Selectmen's-Meeting -5- <br />May 14, 1990 <br />It was agreed that based on the resumes provided, both Ms. Chang and Mr. <br />Borshay would be outstanding members of the Council. <br />B.A.N. I CH. 90 FUNDS. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the issuance <br />of and execution of Bond Anticipation Notes in the amount of $2,920,00O with. <br />Baybank, lowest bidder, to fund work being done with anticipated Chapter 90 <br />funds. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted 3 -- 0 by roll call <br />vote, Mrs. Smith, Mr. Dailey, Mr, McSweeney, to go into Executive Session for <br />discussion of matters of labor negotiations and litigation, the disclosure of <br />which might adversely affect the interests of the Town, with no intent to <br />resume open session. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, <br />A true record, Attest: <br />it was voted to adjourn at 9:40 p.m. <br />r <br />arion H.
