Mayne, 4 Solomon Pierce Road, Pheasant Brook <br />Estates <br />Sheldon Corporation, Maple Tree Lane & Butterfield Road, Pheasant Brook <br />Estates, <br />CONTRACT 90 -7 TRAFFIC SIGNALS <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to award Contract #90- <br />7, installation of Traffic Signals at Lowell /North Streets, to Bell Traffic <br />Signal Maintenance Company, Inc., lowest bidder, in the amount of $45,553.50. <br />ATM ARTICLE ASSIGNMENTS <br />Mr. Eddison reviewed the outline of the Selectmen's Article assignments <br />for the 1990 Annual Town Meeting, which he had drafted. <br />Mr. Marshall asked that Article 8, Recreation Enterprise Fund, be <br />assigned to Mr. McSweeney and suggested that Articles 48 and 49, which are <br />related, both be assigned to him. Mr. Eddison asked that members let him know <br />about any other changes they desired. <br />MINUTES <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to accept as presented <br />the minutes of the Selectmen's Meeting on January 31, 1990. Mrs. Smith <br />abstained from voting due to her absence at that meeting. <br />INNKEEPER LICENSE BATTLE GREEN INN <br />The report from Stanley J. Sosnicki, Health Agent, stating that Kevin <br />McGrath, Manager of the Battle Green Inn, has contracted for removal of <br />asbestos from the underground parking garage at the Inn, and that the work <br />will proceed and be completed in the near future. He stated that in view of <br />acceptable test results for airborne asbestos fibers, the granting of the <br />license will pose no health threats to the occupants of the hotel. <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to approve the <br />Innkeeper License for the Battle Green Inn, 1720 Mass. Avenue, to expire on <br />December 31, 1990, subject to successful completion of the removal of asbestos <br />from the parking garage area. <br />ar <br />
