9 <br /> • <br /> LAwomu - MARCH 25 , 19921 <br /> 8:58 p.m. Nicholas Cannalonga, Capital Expenditures <br /> Committee, stated approval , <br /> 8: 58 p.m. Sam Nablo, Appropriation Committee, <br /> recommended favorable action, <br /> 8:58 p.m. Leo Sweeney, Board of Selectmen, stated that <br /> a majority of the Board opposed the motion. <br /> 8: 59 p.m, Jane Pagett, Appropriation Committee, made the <br /> following motion; <br /> that the motion under Article 19 be amended by Did not pass <br /> changing the figure "$50,000" to $30,000" <br /> Discussion for and against followed. <br /> Following a voice vote at 9: 14 p.m. , the Moderator <br /> declared the amendment offered by Mrs. Pagett to have <br /> failed. <br /> Discussion continued with questions as to procedures and <br /> policies of the Recreation Department and tire Department <br /> of Public Works. <br /> Following a voice vote at 9:24 p.m. , the Moderator <br /> declared passage of the motion: offered by Mrs. Wilson. <br /> Notice of Reconsideration on , rticle 19, Harrington <br /> Fields, was served by Frank Sandy, P6. <br /> ARTICLE 20, ZONING BY-LAW, PET GROOMING <br /> MOTION: That the Zoning By-Laws of the Town be amended <br /> as set forth in the motion attached to the report of the <br /> Planning Board on this article. <br /> MOTION <br /> That the Zoning By-Law be amended: Passed - <br /> in Section 4 . 2 , Permitted Uses and Development Standards, <br /> Table 1 , Part B Commercial Uses, Sub Section 7 .
