18 <br /> (ADJOURNED SESSION, CONT. - MAY 4, 1992), <br /> There was discussion pro and con. <br /> 9:00 p.m. Daniel Busa, P1 , made the following motion: <br /> that all the words in parentheses under line Did not pass <br /> item 3400 be stricken <br /> Discussion continued. <br /> 9: 30 p.m. Casimir Groblewski , P7 , moved to extend debate <br /> for 7 minutes, Following a voiA.e vote at 9: 30 p.m. , the <br /> Moderator declared passage. <br /> Discussion continued on Proposition 2 1/2, whether the <br /> decision on the trash fee should be made at Town Meeting <br /> or at the polls or by the Selectmen. <br /> Following a voice vote at 9:40 p.m. , the Moderator <br /> declared the amendment not to have passed. <br /> Selectman Dailey questioned the vote. The Moderator <br /> called for a standing vote which was tallied as follows: <br /> Precinct Yes No Abstain <br /> 1 6 10 1 <br /> , 2 6 12 <br /> 3 5 11 <br /> 4 5 14 <br /> 5 7 10 <br /> 6 1 16 <br /> 7 3 15 <br /> 8 7 11 <br /> 9 6 11 <br /> At large 6 13 <br /> Totals 52 123 1 <br /> 9:45 p.m. The Moderator continued: <br /> 3600 Water Enterprise 3,846 ,449 <br /> And that to raise such amount $3 ,846,449 be <br /> transferred from the Water Enterprise Fund. ) <br /> 3700 Sewer Enterprise 5,090, 792 <br /> (And that to raise such amount <br /> $5 ,090, 792 be transferred from the <br /> Sewer Enterprise Fund, ) <br /> .
