Blossomcrest Road to Wellington Lane Avenue be renamed Wellington <br /> See Page Lane. <br /> 273) 9:28 P.M. <br /> The Moderator stated that it, is capable of being divided and he <br /> therefore would divide them for voting purposes and a vote would <br /> be taken on each section separately. 9:28 P.M. <br /> Mr. McLaughlin informed the meeting that petitions had been <br /> received from residents of Sherburne Road who were desirous of <br /> making this change. 9:30 P.M. <br /> Section (a) was declared adopted unanimously. 9:30 P.M. <br /> (See Page Section (b). McLaughlin moved that Section (b) be <br /> 273) tabled and this motion was adopted unanimously. 9:30 P.M. <br /> (Mr. McLaughlin explained that as Section (b) related to financial <br /> considerations, it would be considered in May.) <br /> Article 14. ACCESSORY APARTMENTS <br /> Margaret F. Rawls moved that Article 14 be postponed to the first <br /> order of business on April 6 at 8 P.M. Mancini. <br /> (Not MOTION: That the Zoning By -Law and the Zoning Map be amended by <br /> adopted) changing the district designation from RS - One Family Dwelling <br /> District to CD - Controlled Commercial and Industrial District of <br /> land on the northwesterly side of Waltham Street, commonly known as <br /> 87 -89 Waltham Street, bounded and described as set forth in this <br /> article. The preliminary site development and use plan for such <br /> zoning district shall be the plan dated January 10, 1983, filed <br /> with the Town Clerk. <br /> 9:33 P.M. <br /> A recess was called by the Moderator at 9:34 P.M. and the meeting <br /> was reconvened at 9:49 P.M. <br /> Dennis R. Lowe, lawyer for the proponent, gave an explanation of <br /> the proposed plans for this property and showed slides of the <br /> location. 10:05 P.M. <br /> Laura F. Nichols filed the Report of the Planning Board on this <br /> article and told the meeting that the Planning Board does not <br /> favor this proposal. 10:07 P.M. <br />
