McLaughlin. <br /> (As MOTION: That the sum of $50,000 be appropriated for the purchase <br /> adopted) and installation of data communication equipment to be used in <br /> conjunction with the institutional television trunk cable to <br /> connect various municipal buildings with the computer located at <br /> Lexington High School, and that such amount be raised in the tax <br /> levy. 10:05 P.M. <br /> Michael J. Smith, Chairman of the Planning Board, filed the 1983 <br /> Annual Report on the Housing Policy Resolution.Adopted by Annual <br /> Town Meeting with the copy of the summary of the Advisory Committee <br /> on Housing Needs and the Report of the Lexington Planning Board <br /> To The 1983 Town Meeting on Current Land Use and Developments In <br /> Lexington. Mrs. Smith gave a brief summary of the reports. <br /> 10:42 P.M. <br /> Winifred L. L. Friedman served notice of reconsideration of Article 46. <br /> 10:44 P.M. <br /> (See Pages 268 & 269) <br /> Article 2. Manfred P. Friedman asked if the Garrity House was considered as <br /> (Cont.) subsidized housing and Mr. James F. Crain answered that it was <br /> not. 10:45 P.M. <br /> Robert M. Hutchinson, Jr., Town Manager, read a letter from <br /> R. Kirk Noyes of Sydney -Noyes Associates with a progress report <br /> on the Muzzey Junior High School project. There have been some <br /> delays but the designs have now been completed. There will be a <br /> hearing before the Historic Districts Commission on May 25 and <br /> application will be made for a Special Permit from the Board of <br /> Selectmen. It is expected that purchase of the building will be <br />
