Tiffany voiced her concern, as a member of <br /> the Board of Directors of the Mystic Valley Mental <br /> Health, of the reduction of $9,000 in the budget <br /> appropriation. 10 :45 P.M. <br /> James F. Crain voiced his disappointment in the feedback <br /> from the Mystic Valley Mental Health and it was the <br /> recommendation that a signal be given to them this year <br /> that the data is needed, and if not received the <br /> appropriation would be decreased. He added that there <br /> is no question of the quality of services by Mystic Valley. <br /> 10:50 P.M. <br /> Walter Leutz moved that under line 7410 that the figure <br /> of $1,000 be replaced by $10,000. <br /> 10:52 P.M. <br /> Mr. Crain repeated that the support of the data was the only <br /> problem, not the quality of service. 10:52 P.M. <br /> At Ms. Tiffany's request, the Director of Mystic Valley, <br /> Dr. Richard Weiss was recognized and stated that the effect <br /> of the reduction of $9,000 would mean a reduction in the <br /> level of services. 330 Lexington residents were served <br /> during this past year. 10:55 P.M. <br /> William J. Dailey, Jr, stated that the Appropriation <br /> Committee has been discouraged each year about the <br /> information coming back from Mystic Valley. <br /> 11:04 P.M. <br /> Jacquelyn H. Ward spoke in opposition to the amendment <br /> of Mr. Leutz and added that Mystic Valley should be <br /> made accountable. 11:05 P.M. <br /> Mr. Leutz's motion to amend was declared lost by voice <br /> vote. 11:05 P.M. <br /> 7420 Public Health Nursing 7,434 <br /> 11:05 P.M. <br /> (See Page 245) <br /> Elaine Dratch moved to table line item 6050 which was declared lost <br /> by voice vote. 11:07 P.M. <br /> Article 2. James F. Crain said that the report on the Muzzey School <br /> Conversion would be given at the May 11, 1983 session of this <br /> town meeting. 11:08 P.M. <br /> James F.
