<br /> MOTION
<br /> That the Zoning By-Law be amended: passed
<br /> in TABLE 1, PERMITTED USES AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, Line 3,13, by see below
<br /> adding an asterisk after each symbol "SP";
<br /> in TABLE 1, PERMITTED USES AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, Line 3.14. by
<br /> striking out each symbol "N" and by inserting in place thereof the
<br /> symbol "SP", and adding an asterisk after each symbol "SP"
<br /> in TABLE 1 , PERMITTED USES AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, subsection 3,
<br /> entitled AGRICULTURAL, NATURAL RESOURCE USES, by adding at the end
<br /> of the section the following:
<br /> * Y, if the use satisfies all-of the requirements for the
<br /> so-called agricultural exemption in The State Zoning Act,
<br /> Chapter 40A, Section 3";
<br /> in Section 2, Definitions, ROADSIDE STAND, by striking out "not less
<br /> than half of which (as measured by dollar volume of annual sales)
<br /> have been produced or grown within Lexington on land owned by the
<br /> owner of the stand;" so that the definition, as amended, will read:
<br /> ROADSIDE STAND: The land and the structures thereon for
<br /> the sale of edible farm products, flowers, fireplace wood,
<br /> preserve and similar products;"
<br /> ...Ewords deleted: not less than half of which (as
<br /> measured by dollar volume of annual sales) have been
<br /> produced or grown within Lexington on land owned by the
<br /> owner of the stand;
<br /> remainder of definition: "no goods except plants, flowers
<br /> and fireplace wood shall be stored or offered for sale
<br /> outdoors."
<br /> Following a voice vote at 10:09 p.m. , the Moderator declared
<br /> unanimous passage.

<br /> MOTION: That the Zoning By-Laws of the Town be amended as set forth
<br /> in the motion attached to the report of the Planning Board on this
