Following a voice <br /> vote the Moderator declared Article 16 to be before the <br /> Meeting. <br /> ARTICLE 16 COUNCIL ON AGING SENIOR CENTER <br /> AIR QUALItY <br /> MOTION: That the sum of $60,000 be appropriated for <br /> improving air quality and for air conditioning <br /> Adopted - <br /> the Senior Center and for purchasing equipment <br /> See below <br /> .in connection therewith, and that $60,000 be <br /> transferred from the Unreserved Fund Balance. <br /> 10:17 p.m. Presented by Selectman Fenn who state <br /> unanimous Board approval. <br /> 10:17 p.m. Clark Cowen, COA, stated support. <br /> 10:18 p.m. Ronald Grammont, Capital <br /> Expenditures <br /> Committee, stated unanimous approval. <br /> 10:20 p.m. Paul Lapointe, Appropriation Committee, stated <br /> unanimous approval. <br /> Following a voice vote at 10:21 p.m. , the Moderator <br /> declared adoption of the motion. <br /> 10:21 p.m. Notice of Reconsideration on Article 16 was <br /> served by Karen Dooks. <br /> ARTICLE 17 FIRE ENGINE PURCHASE <br /> MOTION: That the sum of $262,150 be appropriated for <br /> the purchase of a new fire engine, and that Adopted - <br /> $262,150 be transferred from the Unreserved Seep. 254 <br /> Fund Balance. <br /> 10:21 p.m. Presented by Selectman Busa. <br /> 10:24 p.m. Chankey. Touart, Capital Expenditures <br /> Committee, stated unanimous support and opposition to <br /> bonding. <br /> 10:25 p.m. Paul LaPointe, Appropriation Committee, stated <br /> support. <br /> 10:25 p.m. Dawn McKenna, P9, made the following <br /> amendment: <br /> the sum of $262,150 be appropriated <br /> for the purchase of a new fire engine; <br /> and that to meet this appropriation <br /> the Treasurer, with the approval of <br /> the Selectmen, is authorized to borrow <br /> $262,150 under G.
