3,3 <br /> (r) <br /> ADJOURNED SESSION - 1996 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING <br /> MAY 8, 1996 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Moderator Margery M. <br /> Battin, at 8 p.m. , in Cary Memorial Hall. <br /> A quorum was present. <br /> The Moderator discussed procedures. <br /> ARTICLE 29 <br /> 811 p.m. Frederick Merrill, Planning Board, moved that <br /> Article 29 be brought up at this 0...Me. Following a voice <br /> vote the Moderator declared Article 29 to be before the <br /> Meeting. <br /> Mr. Merrill moved that the report of the, Planning Board <br /> on Article. 29 be accepted and placed on file. Following <br /> a voice vote at 8: 11 p.m. , the Moderator declared the <br /> report to have been accepted and placed on file. <br /> 811 p.m. Mr. Merrill moved that the Zoning By-Laws of <br /> the Town be amended as set forth in the motion attached <br /> to the report of the Planning Board on this article. <br /> MOTION: <br /> SEE PAGES 234 -- 251 <br /> Passed - <br /> See below <br /> Mr. Merrill and Planning Director Robert Boyer presented <br /> information. Discussion continued. <br /> 8:41 p.m. Joyce Miller, Conservation Commission, stated <br /> full support. <br /> 9:57 p.m. Robert Whitman, P8, called the question. <br /> Following a voice vote as to whether the question should <br /> be put, the Moderator declared the motion offered by Mr. <br /> Merrill to be before the meeting.
