Following a voice vote the Moderator declared Article 29 to be before the Meeting. Mr. Merrill moved that the report of the, Planning Board on Article. 29 be accepted and placed on file. Following a voice vote at 8: 11 p.m. , the Moderator declared the report to have been accepted and placed on file. 811 p.m. Mr. Merrill moved that the Zoning By-Laws of the Town be amended as set forth in the motion attached to the report of the Planning Board on this article. Discussion continued. 8:41 p.m. Joyce Miller, Conservation Commission, stated full support. 9:57 p.m. Robert Whitman, P8, called the question.
