Wadsworth, Chairman of the Appropriation Committee moved <br /> (Cont.) that the Report of the Appropriation Committee as included in the <br /> warrant be accepted and placed on file. He also filed a <br /> Fiscal Year 1982 Report of the Appropriation Committee. <br /> Adopted Unanimously. 8:37 P.M. <br /> Mary W. Miley moved that the Town Manager's 1980 Status Report on <br /> Open Money Articles be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Adopted Unanimously. 8:37 P.M. <br /> Iris G. Wheaton, Chairman of the Planning Board, moved that the <br /> Annual Report - 1980 of the Planning Board be accepted and placed <br /> on file. 8:38 P.M. <br /> Mrs. Wheaton explained that notice had been received from the pro- <br /> ponents of some of the zoning articles that the articles would be <br /> withdrawn, namely, Articles 27, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34. <br /> 8:40 P.M. <br /> In response to Patricia K. Hagedorn's request that the Town Manager's <br /> budget report be put in written document form to be distributed to <br /> the Town Meeting Members for study, Mrs. Miley stated that any Town <br /> Meeting Member could meet with the Town Manager and discuss or <br /> question any part of the report. 8:40 P.M. <br /> Motion to file and accept the Annual Report - 1980 of the Planning <br /> Board was unanimously adopted. 8:40 P.M. <br /> The Moderator stated that Article 2 would remain open throughout the meeting. <br /> 8:40 P.M. <br /> Article 3. Presented by Mary W. .Miley. <br /> MOTION: That a committee of three be appointed by the Moderator to <br /> have the charge of the lectures under the wills of Eliza Cary Farnham <br /> and Suzanna E. Cary for the current year. <br /> Adopted Unanimously. 8:41 P.M. <br /> Article 4. Presented by Mary W. Miley. <br /> MOTION: That a committee of five be appointed by the Selectmen to <br /> study the General By -Laws of the Town of Lexington, to make <br /> recommendations for their revision and to report to the 1982 annual <br /> town meeting. <br /> 8:42 P.M. <br /> Mrs. Miley explained that the last time that the by -laws had been <br /> reviewed was in 1967. 8:43 P.M. <br /> Adopted Unanimously. 8:43 P.M. <br /> Article 5.
