SUITE 3 <br />LEXhtGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02421 <br />(781) 863-5362. <br />Minutes for ray 11-.2045 <br />Present:;Ma.rshall ]3erby, Donald tivilson, Gerald Howell, Martha Wood, <br />William Hags, and Norman Cohen <br />the minutes were approved as read. <br />The Treasurer_'s report was accepted as read. <br />Rangeway-The Students will be z~orking on the house until the middle of June. <br />The:.-road will probably be paved this summer. <br />Franklin-School--The walkthru in April showed the outside was in Head of repair. <br />The Selectmen are not interested in buying it, and ask that no further <br />debt'be allowed. <br />Narth Street land was put into conservation by the Town Meeting. <br />.. ~, <br />Don reported that the Condo Board was reelected. They are-going to meter <br />wator in each:.buildinff. They'inay~have to do an assedment to cover the <br />defecit. <br />Johnson Farm has'not poured the foundation for our .house. <br />There ,are two possible building sites, Grandview and Middleby Street. <br />Bill discussed the-need to revise our subsidy.
