(Motion as attached to the Planning Board Re ort and as adopted <br /> (Cont.) <br /> All) In section 2, Definitions, FIRE LANE, by deleting the words: <br /> ... "Head of the Fire Department "... and by inserting in place thereof <br /> the words: "Fire Chief, or his designee, "; <br /> Al2) In section 2, Definitions, FRONTAGE, LOT, by changing the wording <br /> after the words: ... "to which the owner has a legal right of access "... <br /> by inserting the words: "and to which the owner could provide for <br /> vehicular access from a principal building, or a required parking <br /> space. "; so that the first sentence of the definition as amended <br /> reads: <br /> "FRONTAGE, LOT: The continuous portion of the line separating <br /> a lot from a street to which the owner of the lot has a legal <br /> right of access and to which the owner could provide for <br /> vehicular access from a principal building or a required parking <br /> space." <br /> A13) In section 2, Definitions, HOTEL, MOTOR HOTEL OR MOTEL, by <br /> deleting the existing definition in its entirety and inserting in <br /> place thereof: <br /> "HOTEL, MOTEL: An establishment providing lodging for 15 or <br /> more guests on a short term basis, usually less than one week; <br /> dining rooms, function rooms and other support services may be <br /> (As included. In a hotel, access to the individual sleeping rooms, <br /> adopted) is usually through a lobby and interior corridors; in a motel, <br /> access to the individual sleeping rooms, is usually directly from <br /> parking spaces or by an exterior walkway. "; <br /> and in Table 1, Use Regulations Schedule, in line 6.16, by striking <br /> out the words: ... "motor hotel "... and inserting in place thereof <br /> the word: "motel "; <br /> A14) In section 2, Definitions, by deleting the definition OPEN <br /> AREA, PERCENTAGE in its entirety and by inserting in place thereof <br /> a new definition, in the proper alphabetical sequence: <br /> "SITE COVERAGE: The sum of all parts of a lot that are covered <br /> by a principal or accessory building or other structure; such <br /> parts of the lot to be delineated by the intersection of the <br /> ground with the vertical plane of the outermost walls or <br /> projections of a building or structure whether in contact with <br /> the ground or projecting over it. "; <br /> and in Table 2, Schedule of Dimensional Controls by deleting the <br /> words "Minimum % Open Area" in the eighth line and inserting in <br /> place thereof "Maximum % Site Coverage" and on the same line by <br /> striking out "$5 %" and inserting "15 % ", by striking out "75 %" and <br /> inserting "25 % ", and by striking out "66.7 %" and inserting "33.3 %" <br /> in place thereof. <br /> PART 2 <br /> A15) In section 3.2.2 Variances, by deleting the words: ... "in cases <br /> where a particular use is sought for which no permit is required, <br /> with respect to a particular parcel of land''... and inserting in <br /> place thereof the words: "with respect to particular land or <br /> structures "; and by inserting the words: "owing to circumstances <br /> relating to the soil conditions, shape or topography of such land <br /> or structures and" before the words: ... "owing to conditions "... <br /> and by deleting the word: ... "specially "... and inserting in place <br /> thereof the word: "especially" before the words: ...
