Smith. <br /> MOTION: That the sum of $15,000 be appropriated for a contract <br /> with a licensed hazardous wastes transport, storage and disposal <br /> company to collect and dispose of residential hazardous wastes; <br /> that such amount be raised in the tax levy; and that the Select- <br /> men be authorized to select the contractor and to set user fees <br /> and take all other steps necessary to carry out this project. <br /> Adopted unanimously. 10:32 P.M. <br /> Article 34. MASSACHUSETTS WATER RESOURCES AUTHORITY <br /> Presented by Paul W. Marshall. <br /> (As MOTION: That the sum of $1,537,016 be appropriated for the <br /> adopted) cost of the delivery of water and for sewage collection, disposal <br /> and treatment services provided by the Massachusetts Water Re- <br /> sources Authority, and that such amount be raised in the tax levy. <br /> 10:33 P.M. <br /> Paul W. Marshall said that there has been a 40% increase in the <br /> costs but the Town Manager, Robert M. Hutchinson, Jr. said that <br /> the level of increase for next year should not be as great. <br /> 10:40 P.M. <br /> Janet Perry served notice of reconsideration of Article 32. 10:41 P.M. <br /> Article 34.
