Marshall moved that Article 29 be placed on the table. <br /> Adopted by voice vote. 10 :30 P.M. <br /> (See Page 72) <br /> Article 30. UPGRADE TENNIS COURT LIGHTING AT CENTER <br /> PLAYGROUND <br /> Presented by Leo P. McSweeney. <br /> MOTION: That the sum of $15,000 be appropriated to improve the <br /> lighting on tennis courts #1 through 4 at the Center Playground as <br /> determined by the Recreation Committee with the approval of the <br /> Board of Selectmen, and that such amount be raised in the tax levy. <br /> 10:31 P.M. <br /> Mr. McSweeney voiced the unanimous support of the Board of <br /> Selectmen. 10 :33 P.M. <br /> Robert Eby, a member of the Recreation Committee, gives a short <br /> explanation of the article. 10:36 P.M. <br /> Adopted by voice vote. 10:36 P.M. <br /> Gerald L. Abegg served notice of reconsideration of Article 30. 10 :36 P.M. <br /> Article 31. RECONSTRUCTION OF BOWMAN SCHOOL <br /> BALLFIELD <br /> Presented by Leo P. McSweeney. <br /> (As MOTION: That the sum of $10,000 be appropriated to reconstruct <br /> adopted) the ballfield at Bowman School Playground as determined by the <br /> Recreation Committee with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, <br /> and that such amount be raised in the tax levy. <br /> 10:36 P.M. <br /> Mr. McSweeney explained that there would be minor seeding and <br /> filling in of holes. He added that the Board of Selectmen <br /> unanimously supported this article. 10:38 P.M. <br /> Judith B. Marshall, a member of the Recreation Committee, with <br /> the aid of slides showing the condition of the field, urged <br /> support of the article. 10 :42 P.M. <br /> Sheldon A. Spector said that the Capital Expenditures Committee <br /> unanimously supported this article. 10 :43 P.M. <br /> In answer to a question raised by Stephen W. Miller, Joyce A. <br /> Miller said that the Conservation Commission would be meeting <br /> with the Recreation Committee relative to filling in wetlands. <br /> 10.44 P.M. <br /> Adopted by voice vote. 10:44 P.M. <br /> Paul W. Marshall moved that this meeting be adjourned to Wednesday, April 9, <br /> 1986 at 8 P.M. in Cary Memorial Hall. 10 :45 P.M. <br /> Article 2. Judith J. Uhrig reminded the meeting that the Planning Board would <br /> be in Estabrook Hall on Wednesday, April 9 at 7:30 P.M. in case <br /> anyone has questions on Article 46, 47 and 48. 10:45 P.M. <br /> Mr. Marshall's motion to adjourn to Wednesday, April 9, 1986 at 8 P.M. in <br /> Cary Memorial Hall was adopted by voice vote. 10 :45 P.M. <br /> A true copy. <br /> Attest: " <br /> Mary R.
