Smith, the Board voted 5 -0 to <br /> approve the special permit in accordance with the Zoning By -Law (Chapter 135 -35 of the code <br /> of Lexington) sections 135 -88 9A0 910 9d0, 135 -88 (C) (2) and 135 -91 (G) to allow install, <br /> operate and maintain a wireless communication facility at Rte. 2 Cambridge Concord Highway, <br /> Map 7, Lot 94A for a period of 15 years.
