Ad Hoc Stone Building Feasibility/Reuse Committee <br /> Town of Lexington, MA <br /> April 26, 2021 7:00 pm <br /> MINUTES <br /> The meeting began at 7:11pm <br /> Roll Call & Reading of Statement on Use of Virtual Meetings <br /> Attending: Cristina Burwell, Lester Savage, Anne Grady, Melinda Nasardinov, Mark <br /> Manasas, Paul Smyke, Carolyn Goldstein, Jeff Howry (Chair) <br /> Absent: Jill Hai (Select Board Liaison), Devan Marks, Meg Muckenhoupt <br /> (Appropriations Committee Liaison), Claire Feingold Thoryn (Cary Library Trustees <br /> Liaison) <br /> Recording Secretary: Cristina Burwell <br /> Community Observers: Stephanie Hsu, Joyce Murphy <br /> Committee members reviewed logistics for the upcoming forum - such as slides, transitions, <br /> and timekeeping. <br /> Carolyn & Paul volunteered to review emails that came in to look for common themes and <br /> patterns of responses. Cristina volunteered to compile forum comments into a document. <br /> It was discussed that the next committee meeting would be to review what was heard at the <br /> first forum, and to review what tasks are needed to occur between the first and second <br /> forums. <br /> Adjournment - Anne made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Mark and approved <br /> unanimously. The meeting ended at 8:50pm <br /> 1 <br />
