Held Virtually, per order of MA Governor
Present:Arnold, Castleman, Dratch, Lyons,Verma

Meeting called to order 12:10 p.m. Committee discussed Rep Michelle Ciccolo's Article in Town Warrant
for a Home Rule Petition about creating Transportation Improvement Districts. (TIDs).
Since TAC's goal is to help reduce residents from SOVs, the committee unanimously voted in favor.Then
they worked to word the memo to include all they wanted it say. Ms Castlreman and Ms Verma said
they would write it up. Ms Verma said she would send the memo to inform Mr. Sandeen and the SB.
Ms Verma will attend the SB meeting if possible, and she will represent TAC on TM floor.
Meeting adjourned at Noon.
