Ms. <br /> Farr, on behalf of the property owner, Eman Morgan, is proposing an addition to the existing <br /> single family dwelling and two drywells, only one of which is within the 100 foot buffer zone. <br /> Ms. Farr also noted that there is a large berm between the Bordering Vegetated Wetland and the <br /> proposed addition. <br /> Ms. Ladd stated that she believes there is a deed restriction on the back of the property and that <br /> the plan should show that for the future.
