On a motion by Mr. Langseth and seconded by Ms. Ladd, the Commission voted 7-0 by roll call vote to approve a deed to the Property from Holly Kicklighter (a/k/a Holly Smit Kicklighter) and Susan Watts, as tenants in common, to the Town of Lexington acting by and through its Conservation Commission, substantially in the form presented to the Conservation Commission at its March 29, 2021 meeting, with final changes to be made by the Town Manager in his reasonable discretion in consultation with town counsel.
