The property <br /> has a transitional wetland with a large mix of upland and wetland plants all throughout the <br /> flagged area. The applicant is also proposing to replace the blue stone patio with pervious pavers <br /> at the front of the lot. The driveway is graded downward towards the garage and they are <br /> proposing a strip drain with the sump box.
