The applicant is willing to plant shrubs along the divider between the property of 20 Webb Street and the property of the church. The Commission does not have the authority to mandate which direction the shed faces; however, the applicant and property owner of 20 Webb Street have agreed to face the shed opening away from the residential property. On a motion by Ms. Samuels and seconded by Mr. Langseth, the Commission voted 7-0 by roll call vote to issue a Negative Determination with Conditions.
