The applicant is willing to plant <br /> shrubs along the divider between the property of 20 Webb Street and the property of the church. <br /> The Commission does not have the authority to mandate which direction the shed faces; <br /> however, the applicant and property owner of 20 Webb Street have agreed to face the shed <br /> opening away from the residential property. <br /> On a motion by Ms. Samuels and seconded by Mr. Langseth, the Commission voted 7-0 by roll <br /> call vote to issue a Negative Determination with Conditions. <br />
