1874 Massachusetts Avenue: Koren Stembridge, Represent Town of Lexington, exterior changes in the
Battle Green District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alteration was approved
unanimously as proposed at 80%original size.

7 Lockwood Road: William Erickson, Representing Elizabeth Crampton, exterior changes in the East
Village District. On a motion duly made and seconded, the proposed alteration was approved
unanimously as proposed. Applicant will come back for color scheme.

1707 Massachusetts Avenue: Sean Shah, Fastsigns, representing Dennis Dyer, exterior changes in the
Battle Green District.

ACTION ITEMS:
Public Comments: No public comments
Center Streetscape Project Landscape Resolution: Associate Commissioner Mark Connor made a
statement in favor of reopening the Certificate of Appropriateness to include all plantings in the
streetscape project. Chair Eccles provided the Commission with a statement from Town Council noting
that plantings would be out of the jurisdiction of HDC. Chair Eccles noted that she agreed with Town
Council. After some discussion, a vote was made by roll call. 5-0 against reopening the Certificate.
