FORMAL HEARINGS
33 Hancock Street: Ian Adamson, exterior changes in the Hancock Clark District. On a motion duly
made and seconded, the proposed alteration was approved unanimously as proposed.

Finalization of the Guidelines: The Chair proposed that guidelines could be reviewed remotely to
